RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase or before buying you know our item return and refund policy. We hope you are happy with your purchase. This return and refund policy for our customers, we hope it will be clear concept and will strengthen more relationship.

However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange. If our return policy is consistent. Please see below for more information about our return policy.

RETURNS

Since we understand that sometimes you buy things that do not meet your expectations, we have developed an exchange policy that is helpful to our customers. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Our delivered products are damaged (eg physically destroyed or broken) / defective (such as unable to switch)
  • The product delivered as per our promise is incomplete (such as missing items and / or accessories)
  • The product we delivered was incorrect (such as incorrect product / size / color, or expired)

Note: You can exchange by returning to us. No refund is applicable

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a good courier service method to return your products. We do not collect any direct products from courier services, so it is at your own risk to send or receive the products to us.

PRE-ORDER EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

No exchange and return policy will apply for any pre -order items.

REFUNDS

We do not give any refunds if you buy any product from us, but you can exchange the product.
