- Apply sunscreen even on cloudy days.
- Don’t forget to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours, or more often if swimming or sweating.
- Protect your lips with a lip balm that contains SPF.
- Seek shade during the middle of the day, when the sun’s rays are strongest.
