Job Position: Executive Data Assistant
We are looking for a Executive Data Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in managing our eCommerce operations.
Requirements:
1+ Years of Experience (preferred)
Education: : Minimum HSC, Bachelor/Honors, or equivalent..
- Freshers and mid-level professionals are welcome.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (preferred).
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on the website.
- Write accurate and engaging product descriptions.
- Ensure products are categorized correctly and displayed attractively.
- Perform regular checks for data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings.
- Experience in Uploading Product Listings on eCommerce Platforms
- Proficient in Excel for Data Management (Sorting, Filtering, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to Upload Bulk Products via Excel/CSV
- Knowledge of Product Categorization and SEO Optimization
- Experience Writing and Editing Product Descriptions in Bulk
- Track and Update Product Data (Prices, Stock, Promotions) in Excel
- Familiarity with eCommerce Backend Systems
- Manage Product Variants (Size, Color) via Excel
- Ensure Consistency Across Product Listings on Multiple Platforms
- Generate Product Reports Using Excel
Salary: 17k-20k
