- Daily Cashback: Customers can receive 5% or 10% cashback, up to 100 Taka per day.
- Usage Limit: Cashback can be enjoyed 2 times during the offer period.
- Eligible Payments: Cashback applies only on successful bKash payments via the bKash App or Payment Gateway Checkout Payment.
Terms and Conditions
- The offer is applicable to all customers with an active bKash account. To avail the offer, the customer must have regular transactions.
- To get the cashback, the customer must successfully make a payment from his/her own bKash account to our bKash Payment Merchant Gateway during the offer period.
- In case the cashback distribution fails due to any unknown/unexpected reason other than the issue of the customer’s account status, bKash will try to distribute the cashback manually 3 times within 2 months after the offer expires. If this fails, no further attempts will be made and the customer will not be considered for cashback.
- If any specific transaction and/or the customer’s transaction activity creates a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s cashback benefit.
- In case the merchant is unable to ensure the availability and delivery of any product, bKash will not be liable, bKash only provides payment services to the customer.
- If the merchant refunds the customer due to failure to deliver the product properly, bKash is not obligated to reinstate the customer’s cashback limit for that particular transaction. The customer will be deemed to have accepted the offer.
- Both bKash and we reserve the right to change/amend the terms and conditions of the offer, merchant/outlet participation or cancel the offer in its entirety at any time without prior notice.

1. How long will the offer last?
The offer will run from 12 September 2025, 00:00:00 to 4 October 2025, 23:59:59.
2. How much is the cashback?
You can get 5% and 10% cashback up to 200 Taka on any purchase made from selected online shops by making bKash payments.
3. How much cashback can a customer enjoy per day?
– A customer can enjoy up to 100 Taka cashback once in a day.
4. How much cashback can a customer enjoy during the offer period?
Customers can enjoy cashback up to 100 taka and up to 200 taka during the offer period.
5. Will the customer get cashback by making any amount of payment?
No, a minimum of 600 taka bKash payment is required to get cashback.
6. Through which transaction channels will the customer need to make a transaction to get cashback?
– Customers can enjoy cashback by successfully making bKash payments using the bKash app and payment gateway.
7. Does the customer’s account status have to be active to get cashback?
Yes, to enjoy cashback, the customer’s bKash account’s incoming transactions must be active. If the cashback distribution fails due to an issue with the customer’s account status, the customer will no longer receive this offer.
8. Will the customer get cashback only after making a successful payment?
Yes, if the customer’s payment is valid, bKash can verify the authenticity of the customer’s transaction, and the customer’s account’s incoming transactions are active. If a specific transaction and/or the customer’s transaction activity creates a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer’s cashback benefit.
9. Is there any possibility of delay in receiving the customer’s cashback? If so, what should the customer do?
– As per the terms and conditions, the customer will receive the cashback immediately after the payment is successfully made. However, there may be a delay in receiving the cashback due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, the customer can get more details by dialing 16247 or contacting bKash Center, bKash Care, Web Chat (Live Chat Service) as well as [email protected] or [email protected] via email.
10. If the customer wants to get a refund after making a payment and receiving the cashback, will the customer’s cashback also be taken back?
Yes, if the customer’s payment is partially or fully refunded for any reason, in both cases, the full cashback will be taken back.
