Our premium blend of 100% Arabica beans delicately roasted for a nicely balanced cup of coffee.

- For best results, measure two (2) level tablespoons of Tim Hortons coffee for every 250 mL (8 oz) of fresh water.

• Once your order is confirmed we cannot change the delivery address or method or any details within your order such as product, product number, size, or color.
•You can track the status of your order through a link in your account or in your shipping email.
•Some products require official photo ID: Accepted forms of ID are passport, driving license, or NID card.
Standard Home Delivery: 3-7 Working Days:
1. Sundarbans (up to 3 working days)
2. SA Transport (up to 3 working days)

•This ground delivery option has the least impact on the environment.
Express Home Delivery only Dhaka city: This service is now OFF.
If you want to take the delivery of your order by Pathao rider, then we only support you with the product pickup address.
Notes:
1. You have to bear all expenses of the Pathao rider yourself
2. In this case, we will not be responsible for any damage to the product during the transportation of the product.
3. You have to hire Pathao rider yourself, we do not hire Pathao rider.
4. You will have to bear the cost of returning any products through Pathao.
5. To collect your product, you must give the Pathao rider’s name, mobile number, and tracking code.

We are happy to offer an exchange and return policy. For items purchased before this date, the standard 7 day return and exchange policy applies.
A refund request:
• Before returning an order you must ‘request returns’ to the email account
Return Conditions:
• The item must be returned in the original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, including associated accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes.
• Perfume boxes must still be sealed (with its sticker or crystal film).
•Upon receipt of your item(s) and subject to inspection by our Quality Services Department, we will proceed with the refund
