The High5 Energy Gel Aqua Orange is a high-energy carbohydrate gel for immediate energy before and during exercise.
Carbohydrates help to restore normal muscle function after intense and / or long-term physical activity leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The above are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Made from natural fruit juice it has a pleasant texture and taste and is an easy solution for providing carbohydrates on the go. Each sachet delivers 23 grams of carbohydrate.
Water and refreshing natural fruit juices give Energy Gel Aqua its extremely light consistency when delivering carbohydrates straight to your muscles during exercise.
Energy Gel Aqua is a refreshing gel that has a consistency more like a sports drink so, unlike many other gels, you don’t need to drink extra water with it. This makes it a good option for beginners who are trying out gels for the first time. Easy to open and swallow, each sachet delivers 23g of carbohydrate energy.

Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product. Keep out of reach of children.
Instructions of use
Tear the top of the sachet and squeeze the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, and less if you use a sports drink at the same time.
