Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders under a certain limit.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact cash amount.
Stock Product:
To make a purchase from our stock products, simply login to your account, browse the products, add the products to the cart you want to buy and finally checkout from the cart. You’ll have payment and delivery options available based on your location. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. After the order confirmation, we’ll process the order and send you the product as per the timeline mentioned at the check-out and also in the confirmation email.
Pre-Order:
To make a purchase, simply login to your Pre-order account, fill in the order sheet and send us the request. We’ll process the order and send you the quote within 48 hours (max). You’ll receive an auto generated email on this. Then you simply have to confirm the order from your account dashboard. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment (Visa, Mastercard & American Express, BKash etc.). Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
- Payment Terms for Pre-Orders
- Advance Payment: Customers are required to pay 50% of the product price at the time of placing the pre-order.
- Remaining Payment: Remaining 50% is to be paid before delivery or after notification of product arrival.

- Pre-orders are secured only after 50% advance payment is confirmed.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS after the payment is verified.
Delivery
- The pre-order delivery date will be communicated at the time of ordering.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining payment must be completed before delivery.
Failed / Pending Payments
- If your payment fails, please retry or use an alternative method.
- For pending payments, your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you are eligible for a refund, we will return the amount to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. COD refunds are processed through bKash/Nagad/ blanking after verification.
Payment Security
All online transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through trusted Bangladeshi gateways. All online payments are handled by third-party processors, who adhere to PCI-DSS standards for secure handling of your financial information, and we do not store your payment card details or any customer card information or PIN information.
EMI options: are available for purchases over 5000 taka. Learn more abouts EMI policy.
For certain products, based on their size or price, we may ask for full or partial advance payment.
Do you charge sales tax?
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on few of the orders depending on item that we get charged. We charge the exact same amount that we get charged by the governing authority.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
COD is available in selected locations only. You’ll see the option during checkout if your area qualifies.
3. Do I need exact cash for COD orders?
Yes, please prepare the exact amount as delivery agents may not carry change.
4. Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, all online payments are encrypted and processed through secure gateways. Your card details are never stored.
5. What happens if my online payment fails?
If your payment fails, try again or choose another method. For pending payments, your order will be confirmed once payment clears.
6. How will I get a refund if I cancel or return an order?
Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. You may cancel and reorder with a different method.
8. Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?
There are certain products ie (TVs, sophisticated electronic products etc) requires additional insurance and tax charged by the customs in the originating/arriving country and will be billed to the customers as per the customs policy.
