This honey is expensive. This honey contains 85-90% nectar from Khalisha flowers. The maturity of this honey is higher than other honeys of Sundarbans.

What is the difference with the natural honey of the Sundarbans?
- Liquid Gold Honey is collected within the first two weeks of April and Sundarbans’ natural honey is collected from the third week of April to the third week of May.
- Liquid gold honey contains 85-90% Khalisha flower nectar but Sundarbans’ natural honey contains significant amounts of Khalisha flower nectar as well as Garan, Keora etc flowers.
- This honey is more mature than the natural honey of Sundarbans.
