Stock Product:
To make a purchase from our stock products, simply login to your account, browse the products, add the products to the cart you want to buy and finally checkout from the cart. You’ll have payment and delivery options available based on your location. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. After the order confirmation, we’ll process the order and send you the product as per the timeline mentioned at the check-out and also in the confirmation email.
Pre-Order:
To make a purchase, simply login to your Pre-order account, fill in the order sheet and send us the request. We’ll process the order and send you the quote within 48 hours (max). You’ll receive an auto generated email on this. Then you simply have to confirm the order from your account dashboard. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment (Visa, Mastercard & American Express, BKash etc.). Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
Yes, you need to have an account for us save your personal information, manage your orders efficiently and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here.
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on few of the orders [depending on item] that we get charged. We charge the exact same amount that we get charged by the governing authority.
For any physical damage or functional issue of the product – we’ll claim the product back from the origin as the origin’s return policy. The claim to us needs to be done at the time of product handover. No claim can be accepted afterwards.

For any confirmed pre-order, you will receive an email notification for every status change. You can track the status of your order from the order details in your account. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
There are certain products ie (TVs, sophisticated electronic products etc) requires additional insurance and tax charged by the customs in the originating/arriving country and will be billed to the customers as per the customs policy.
