Xclusive Brands’ ordering process is a simple step. Just follow these steps:
Discover your desired product from our website.
Click “Add to Cart” on the product page to order products.
Now you have added your selected products, go to the cart page.
Go to the checkout page by clicking on “Proceed to Checkout.”
Choose your preferred delivery method (Home Delivery or XB Collection Point), enter your preferred delivery address, and use a coupon or voucher code if you have one.
Select payment options: Cash on Delivery or Pay Online (Credit/Debit Card/Mobile Banking/Net Banking/bKash).
To proceed with payment, click the “Proceed to Pay” button and select a payment option before clicking the “Place Order” button.

Standard Home Delivery: 3-7 Working Days:
• Your order will be delivered by Bangladeshi courier

2. SA Transport (up to 3 working days)
2. Janani Courier (up to 4 working days)
•This ground delivery option has the least impact on the environment.
Express Home Delivery only Dhaka city: This service is now OFF.
If you want to take the delivery of your order by pathao rider, then we only support you with the products pickup address.
Notes:
1. You have to bear all expenses of pathao rider yourself
2. In this case, we will not be responsible for any damage to the product during the transportation of the product.
3. You have to hire pathao rider yourself, we do not hire pathao rider.
4. You will have to bear the cost of returning any products through pathao.
5. To collect your product, you must give the pathao riders name, mobile number and tracking code.
We are happy to offer an exchange and return policy. For items purchased before this date, the standard 7 day return and exchange policy applies.
A refund request:
• Before returning an order you must ‘request returns’ to the email account
Return Conditions:
• The item must be returned in the original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, including associated accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes.
• Perfume boxes must still be sealed (with its sticker or crystal film).
•Upon receipt of your item(s) and subject to inspection by our Quality Services Department, we will proceed with the refund
